It is safe to say that a strong home/school partnership is the desire of every adult working in schools.  The hard truth is that sometimes these relationships can be hard to gain and easy to lose. Parents and carers are often under immense pressure and additional SEND or behaviour needs can exacerbate the situation.

Leaders of behaviour need to have the answer to this question to hand to be able to gain and sustain strong home/school partnerships and support their colleagues to do the same.
